Rules of the iDRINK College Scholarship Contest

1.       Open to enrolled university/college students in North America except the Province of Quebec.

2.       Winners must sign a release prior to receiving their prize.

3.       Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries.

4.       We may substitute another prize of equal value, in the event of non-availability of an announced prize.

5.       For any disputes, the decision of iDRINK.com is final.

6.       Employees of Inline Internet Systems, Inc., iDRINK.com, 4064372 Canada Inc, its advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, and their families or households are ineligible to enter/win.

7.       Prizes will be mailed. iDRINK.com is not responsible for the failure or tardiness of prizes delivered via US/Canadian Postal Service.

8.       iDRINK.com is not responsible for defective prizes.

9.       Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of iDRINK.com, and may be enacted at any time without notice.

10.    All winners must be 21 years of age or older.

11.    iDRINK.com, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives absolve themselves of any liability, financial or otherwise, resulting from this contest.

12.    All contests entries become the property of iDRINK.com. Furthermore, iDRINK.com may withhold any contest materials crucial to the completion of the contest.

13.    All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that iDRINK.com has a right to publicize, or broadcast the winner’s name, character, likeness, voice or all matters incidental herein.

14.    All prizes are non-transferable and void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution of prizes is allowed.

15.    Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received.

16.    In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. IDRINK.com then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to a contest runner-up.

17.    The decision of iDRINK.com is final. Winner’s will be notified by email.
